We’re seeking a friendly, dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office in La Grange, KY. If you’re passionate about helping people and have outstanding customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and assist with day-to-day front desk operations
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional communication and a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to obtain insurance licenses as required
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with people

Work Schedule
